We’ve improved our subscription service so you can easily stay up to date on all service disruptions and news updates right from your phone.

The Adelaide Metro subscription service allows you to easily manage all alerts and notifications in the one location, with stronger account security.

What's new for you?

We’ve improved the way you can manage your alerts and the information you can receive, giving you access to more so you are always up to date.

Personalised subscriber options: You can now choose which news category you want to hear about. Like service alerts, you can subscribe to a range of different categories and how you would like to hear about them, either via SMS, email or both.

News categories you can subscribe to include:

  • Special events
  • Bus
  • Train
  • Tram
  • Upgrades and improvements

Alternatively, you can subscribe to all news and never miss a thing!

News subscription options

Easier management: You can now manage all your subscription preferences in one place. This can be done on the my subscription page, allowing you to easily view all your news and route preferences.

Subscribing to multiple routes in one location: Gone are the days where you need to navigate to each timetable to subscribe. Now, you can simply search and add multiple routes to your preferences in one location on the my subscription page.

Improved user experience: Our my subscription page is now simpler, clearer and easier to use. Easily find your current subscriptions and preferences, while managing the information you want to receive or unsubscribe from.

Stronger account security: New two-step verification will reduce the risk of unauthorised access and unwanted subscriptions. When logging in, you’ll be prompted to use your email or mobile number to generate a one-time code to securely log in. This code is valid for one hour only.

How do I subscribe?

We have multiple ways you can subscribe to service alerts and news items.

Subscribe to your route or news item category through the my subscriptions page. Search for multiple routes in one location, as well as selecting multiple categories for news item information.

Alternatively, you can visit he route page and select ‘subscribe for updates on this route’ button at the top of the page. You can also subscribe to news in the same way on a news item page.

How do I unsubscribe or change my subscription?

To unsubscribe or change your preferences, visit the my subscriptions page. You can view and edit your subscriptions in the same location.

Simply, select ‘add/edit’ button under route or news subscriptions, select the route or news category and click unsubscribe.
