The arrival times of services at stops and stations is recorded automatically. We monitor this data to make sure services are running on time and meeting community needs, then aggregate it into monthly reports.
While daily performance can vary significantly due to traffic incidents, passenger incidents and a range of other issues that may or may not be out of a service operator's control, the performance threshold is that services arrive no more than 4 minutes and 59 seconds after the time stated in the timetable.
