Park 'n' Ride car parking
There are more than 30 Park ‘n’ Ride locations around Adelaide. You can conveniently park your car and complete the rest of your journey via public transport to save time, money and carbon emissions.
Secure bike cages, bike lockers and disability parking bays are also available at many locations.

Most Park ‘n’ Ride car parks are free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Car parking at Tea Tree Plaza and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre is heavily discounted for Adelaide Metro users.

Car parking is $5.50 between 5:00 am and 6:30 pm if you enter before 5:00pm. The fee is $19 if you enter between 5:00 pm and 5:00 am.
- You can pay for car parking when exiting the car park using a credit card, debit card or smart device. Cash is not available.
- Tram services between the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and the city are free.
- Park ‘n’ Ride may be closed or restricted during events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Changes are listed on the Adelaide Entertainment Centre website.
The Crafers Park ‘n’ Ride is FREE across two locations with the new expansion, which opened in June 2024.
- The Crafers Park ‘n’ Ride has more than 120 car parks, including accessible bays and motorcycle parks.
- Increased safety and security, with new lighting and CCTV cameras across the Park ‘n’ Ride.
- New public toilets installed.
- Located on the southeast of the existing Crafers Park ‘n’ Ride, adjacent to the off-ramp and Southern Eastern Freeway.
- Access via the South Eastern Freeway.
The Golden Grove Park ‘n’ Ride is currently FREE and open 24/7.
- The Golden Grove Park ‘n’ Ride hosts: 443 car parks, 10 accessible parks, 6 Motorbike parks and 16 push bike capacity.
- Secure bike cages are accessible via your metroCARD on the ground floor.
- Use the recharge machines near the lift on the ground floor of the car park to top up your metroCARD.
- A bike repair station is also located at the Golden Grove Park ‘n’ Ride.
- Enter via the north or south entrance points via the Park ‘n’ Ride access road off The Golden Way.
- Live ‘real time’ bus totems so you can accurately plan your journey.
Car parking is discounted to $2 for people with a valid ticket on metroCARD, SA Seniors Card and Tap and Pay. This discount is not available with Buy & Go tickets.
The car park is cashless and you can access the Tea Tree Plaza Park ‘n’ Ride from Smart Road, via the O-Bahn access road.
To pay for your parking:
- Tap the same payment option you used to buy your valid ticket (metroCARD, SA Seniors Card or Visa, Mastercard or American Express card or digital wallet) on the yellow smart validator as you exit.
To be eligible for the parking rate, you must have:
- a valid metroCARD, SA Seniors Card or Tap and Pay ticket (i.e. you have used public transport within the last 2 hours)
- enough money stored on your metroCARD, SA Seniors Card or in your (Tap and Pay) bank account to pay the parking fee.
Casual car parking (without a valid public transport ticket) is $10. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express by tapping on the smart validator by the boom gates as you exit.
