Ongoing Belair rail line impacts

The Belair rail line continues to be affected by damage caused by recent severe weather and flooding, which will cause disruptions for the remainder of August.

Delays and service cancellations will impact customers while repair works continue.

A modified timetable will operate each day, with the same services expected to be cancelled daily to help customers plan their journey.

Cancellations and modified services

Morning services:

  • 6:58 am service departing Adelaide Railway Station to Belair will terminate at Blackwood Railway Station at 7:38 am.
    • A shuttle bus will be available for passengers travelling between Blackwood and Belair Railway Station.
  • 7:52 am service departing Belair Railway Station to Adelaide will not operate between Belair and Blackwood Railway Station.
    • A shuttle bus will be available for passengers travelling between Belair and Blackwood Railway Station.
  • 7:58 am service departing Blackwood Railway will operate as normal to Adelaide Railway Station.

Afternoon services:

The following services departing Adelaide Railway Station will be cancelled:

  • 2:56 pm departing Adelaide, arriving at Belair Railway Station at 3:34 pm.
  • 4:58 pm departing Adelaide, arriving at Belair Railway Station at 5:34 pm.
  • 5:28 pm departing Adelaide, arriving at Belair Railway Station at 6:04 pm.
  • 5:57 pm departing Adelaide, arriving at Belair Railway Station at 6:34 pm.

The following services departing Belair Railway Station will be cancelled:

  • 3:40 pm departing Belair, arriving at Adelaide Railway Station at 4:26 pm.
