We encourage discussions, questions and feedback. While we respect diverse opinions, we ask that you remain respectful toward other users.
Non-Acceptable Use and Content Moderation
We may hide or remove content that is deemed inappropriate, including harassment, bullying, offensive language, explicit content, discrimination, defamation or misinformation.
Private messages containing inappropriate content may not receive a response. Persistent unacceptable behaviour may result in blocking and, in extreme cases, content may be forwarded to South Australia Police.
We strive to moderate all inappropriate content, but occasionally content may not be immediately addressed.
Monitoring and Response
We monitor our social media pages regularly during business hours and aim to respond to comments and questions. Due to the high volumes of messages and comments we receive, we may not be able to get back to you quickly. If you have an urgent inquiry, please contact the InfoLine on 1300 311 108.
Common topics and requests may receive a general notification instead of individual responses.
Please, do not report crime or issues requiring urgent assistance via our social media accounts. We recommend contacting 000 for urgent assistance and to report a serious crime in progress, or the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 for non-urgent assistance.

Avoid sharing personal information in public comments. While we strive to hide such comments, they may be visible to other users temporarily.
