Sometimes disruptions to services and delays can cause frustrations, but we ask you to respect our drivers as they do their best to get you where you need to go.
Small actions can make a big difference to the wellbeing of our drivers. Here are some ways you can help:
Incidents of anti-social behaviour such as threats, abuse or violence towards our drivers will not be tolerated.
Passengers displaying this behaviour will be asked to leave public transport and police may be called. Disorderly behaviour can face penalties of up to $1,250.
Frontline workers have the right to refuse service, to keep themselves and other passengers safe.
As always, everyone using Adelaide Metro services has the right to feel safe, including our drivers.
