Superloop Adelaide 500
Free travel on Adelaide Metro services
Travel FREE on all Adelaide Metro buses, trains and trams with your Superloop Adelaide 500 entry ticket on Thursday 28 February to Sunday 5 March! All ticket holders can travel FREE during the event on any Adelaide Metro bus, train or tram on presentation of their Race Day ticket to Adelaide Metro drivers or staff at Adelaide Railway Station.
Children aged 14 years and under can travel free on Adelaide Metro services when accompanied by an adult with a valid Adelaide 500 ticket.
During the Superloop Adelaide 500 parking at the Tea Tree Plaza Park 'n' Ride will cost $2. Travel on Adelaide Metro bus, train and tram services will be free for customers with a valid Superloop Adelaide 500 entry ticket.
Road and bus stop closures and bus detours will be in place before, during and after this event.

School's taking part in the School program on Thursday 28 February, please ensure you submit a group booking request to Adelaide Metro.
Trains
Additional late services will operate after last service on Saturday 2 March:
- Seaford train services - additional services from Adelaide Railway Station at 12.30am, 1.00am, 1.30am, 2.00am, 2.30am and 3.00am
- Belair train services - additional services from Adelaide Railway Station at 12.46am, 1.21am and 2.21am
- Outer Harbor train services - additional services from Adelaide Railway Station at 12.42am, 1.12am, 1.42am, 2.12am and 2.42am
- Grange train services - additional services from Adelaide Railway Station at 12.57am, 1.57am and 2.57am
- Gawler train services - additional services from Adelaide Railway Station at 12.18am, 12.48am, 1.18am, 1.48am, 2.18am and 2.48am
Trams
Mad March City Loop tram
During the Fringe, Adelaide Festival and other Mad March events, special trams will run via the loop shown on the map on Friday and Saturday nights from February 15 to March 16, and on Sunday night 10 March for the Adelaide Cup long weekend. Additional tram services will also run after the concert on Sunday.

O-Bahn services during Superloop Adelaide 500 and the Fringe Festival
Increased frequency will operate on O-Bahn services:
Friday nights:
- Tea Tree Plaza to the city from 6pm to midnight
- City to Tea Tree Plaza from 6.30pm to last bus at 12.35am
Saturday nights:
- Tea Tree Plaza to city from 5.30pm to 7.30pm
- City to Tea Tree Plaza from 10pm to 12.30am
Bus stop closures
Some city bus stops will be closed during the event and commuters will need to use alternative bus stops.
Temporary bus stops will be in place along Fullarton Road during the detour period.
Bus route detours
98A-99A anticlockwise services
- Between 10.00am Monday 25 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services from Stop T1, Hutt Street, will detour left into Wakefield Street, right into Pulteney Street, right into Grenfell Street, left into East Terrace to Stop Y1 and then follow the normal route.
98C-99C clockwise services
- Between 10.00am Monday 25 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services from Stop B1 in East Terrace will detour right into Grenfell Street, left into Pulteney Street, left into Wakefield Street, right into Hutt Street to Stop H1 and then follow the normal route.
141-142 bus services (and School Buses 634 and 635 to the city)
- Between 6.00am Saturday 23 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services to the city from Stop 1, Kensington Road, will turn right into Fullarton Road, left into Rundle Street (Kent Town), continue into Rundle Road, left into East Terrace and then follow the normal route.
- Between 6.00am Saturday 23 February and 5.00pm 4 Monday March these services from the city will turn right into Rundle Road from East Terrace, continue into Rundle Street (Kent Town), right into Fullarton Road, left into Kensington Road to Stop 1 and then follow the normal route.
144 bus services
- Between 6.00am Saturday 23 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services to the city will turn left from Fullarton Road into Rundle Street (Kent Town), continue into Rundle Road, left into East Terrace and then follow the normal route.
- Between 6.00am Saturday 23 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services from the city will turn right into Rundle Road from East Terrace, continue into Rundle Street (Kent Town), right into Fullarton Road and then follow the normal route.
147 bus services
- Between 10.00am Monday 25 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services to the city from Stop T1, Hutt Street, will turn left into Wakefield Street, right into Pulteney Street (servicing Stop W2), left into Grenfell Street to Stop T2 and then follow the normal route.
- Between 10.00am Monday 25 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services from the city will turn right into Pulteney Street from Grenfell Street (servicing Stop D2 Hindmarsh Square), then left into Wakefield Street, right into Hutt Street to Stop H1 and then follow the normal route.
140 and H21 bus services
- Between 6.00am Saturday 23 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services to and from the city will follow the normal routes with no detours.
H20, H22, H23, H24 and N22 bus services
- Between 10.00am Monday 25 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services to the city from Stop 6, The Parade, will turn right into Fullarton Road, left into Rundle Street (Kent Town), continue into Rundle Road, left into East Terrace, right into Grenfell Street to Stop R1 and then follow the normal route.
- Between 10.00am Monday 25 February and 5.00pm Monday 4 March these services from the city will turn left into East Terrace from Stop 1 Grenfell Street, right into Rundle Road, continue into Rundle Street (Kent Town), right into Fullarton Road, left into The Parade to Stop 5 and then follow the normal route.
