Alberton Railway Station Building maintenance

When: From Friday 8 February 2019

Maintenance works for the Alberton Railway Station Building are scheduled to commence early February 2019

The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) will be performing maintenance works on the Alberton Railway Station Building on the western platform (Platform 1 - to Outer Harbor).

Works are scheduled to commence Friday 8 February 2019, and are expected to be completed by mid April 2019, weather permitting.

During these works, entrance to the western platform from the Fussell Place/Prince Street footpath will be restricted. To enter the western platform, please enter via Sussex Street.

A temporary shelter will be installed for commuters during these works, as the train will be stopping further north along the platform to avoid the construction area.

Please keep the above in mind when planning your journey.
