Adelaide FREE lets you travel in modern, comfortable, air-conditioned and fully accessible buses, giving you easy access to many of Adelaide City’s major attractions!

For your entertainment, in-built television screens showing stories from the popular Postcards program are another feature of the Adelaide FREE buses.

City Loop - 99C

MuseumThe 99C City Loop services take you on a loop around the
City taking in the Museum, State Library, Art Gallery, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Botanic Gardens, Rundle Street (East End), Tandanya, the Central Markets, the Hindley Street precinct and the Universities. The bus links with services for the O-Bahn, the Glenelg Tram, the Adelaide Railway Station & JetBus Services to the Airport.

Adelaide FREE offers access for everyone

Access Bus LogoWheelchair accessAdelaide FREE buses provide easy access for the elderly, people with disabilities and people using prams and shopping trolleys. When the bus arrives at the stop it can lower to almost kerb height and extend an access ramp. Most of the bus floor is flat, so moving inside is easy. If you require the access ramp, please indicate to the driver.

Free Terrace to Terrace Tram Service
Free Terrace to Terrace TramTo travel from North Terrace to South Terrace

If you want to travel on the free Terrace to Terrace Tram service, board either the Glenelg or the South Terrace Tram service departing
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 6 pm every 7.5 mintues on average
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 9 am - 6 pm approsimately every 15 minutes.
Other times (to midnight) approximately every 20 minutes

After South Terrace you'll need a MetroTicket

Don't forget if you travel on the Tram between stop 1 Greenhill Road and stop 14 Glenelg East you'll need a valid Metroticket. Failure to do so could incur a fine of up to $180.
