Close to the sea, in Port Adelaide's historic heart, is the South Australian Maritime Museum. Extending over several sites with a lighthouse, bond store, wharf vessels, interactive display and maritime history. |
The City of Adelaide Golf Links is set in the picturesque North Parklands, only minutes from the City Centre and offers two 18 hole public courses and an 18 hole Par 3. Opened in 1841 and closed in 1988, the Gaol is now a historical landmark. Come and explore the Gaol and experience the conditions that prisoners endured in one of South Australia's oldest buildings. Guided tours and self-guided tours (with audio tape) are available at certain times and night, ghost and group tours are available by appointment only. |
