License Agreement
The Department of Planning, Transport, and Infrastructure (DPTI) hereby grants you (Licensee) non-exclusive, limited and revocable rights to use, reproduce, and redistribute Public Transport Services Data comprising only the data that is available for download from this page (The Data) subject to the following Terms:
- The State Emblem, DPTI and Adelaide Metro trademarks and copyrighted materials, including any confusingly similar variants, may not be used in association with The Data.
- If you, the Licensee, give The Data to another person or incorporate The Data into another product for use by another person, you must state in doing so that The Data is available free of charge from adelaidemetro.com.au
- The Licensee is not to delete, obscure or corrupt, add, remove or otherwise alter The Data, including but not limited to misrepresentation of the meaning of the data, misleading alteration of the data or display of the data with the intent to mislead or cause damage to DPTI or others.
- The Data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DPTI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. DPTI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DPTI and its employees, officers, directors and agents will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of The Data including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
- DPTI reserves the right to alter and/or no longer provide The Data at any time without prior notice.
- At all times DPTI maintains title, ownership, rights and interest in and to The Data.
- By downloading or using The Data, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement.
Applicable Law
The laws of the State of South Australia shall govern all rights and obligations under this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws and by entering into the agreement you agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between DPTI and Licensee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, communications, or agreements not specifically incorporated herein.
DPTI reserves the right to modify or revoke this agreement at any time.
