Adelaide Metro Web Callback

The Adelaide Metro Web Callback service allows customers to enter their telephone number and receive a callback from a Customer Service Officer.

Please Note – callback requests after 07:30pm will only be returned on the same day if an operator becomes available by 8:00pm when the InfoLine closes.
If no agents are available after 07:30pm your callback will take place when the InfoLine re-opens from 07:00 am the following morning.

Deaf, hearing or speech impaired callers

If you are deaf, have a hearing / speech impairment, or use a teletypewriter (TTY) you can also contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS).

  • TTY users phone 133 677 then ask for the Adelaide Metro InfoLine
  • Speak and listen users phone 1300 555 727 then ask for the Adelaide Metro InfoLine
  • Internet relay users connect to the NRS then ask for the Adelaide Metro InfoLine

Non-English speaking callers

Adelaide Metro engages the services of the Interpreting and Translating Centre to assist our customers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. To engage an interpreter, contact the Interpreting and Translating Centre on 1800 280 203, advise the Customer Service Consultant in English the language you require and that you need to be connected to the Adelaide Metro Infoline 1300 311 108.

Staff at our InfoCentres are available to answer any questions you have. If you are a non-English speaking customer, our staff can assist you through our partner, the Multicultural SA Interpreting and Translating Centre.

Group Bookings

 Adelaide Metro offers a group booking service for groups of 10 or more. All group bookings can be made by calling the InfoLine on 1300 311 108.

Planning a group trip

  • Group travel is only available between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm.
  • A minimum of seven working days notice prior to travel is required.
  • Ask your InfoLine staff member if a group ticket is your best option.

Getting around

  • Groups should be ready to travel 10 minutes before the service leaves.
  • To avoid delays, it helps to have everyone ready to go at the same time.

Access Cabs InfoLine

Access Taxis cater for passengers with mobility difficulties or disabilities, particularly those with wheelchairs and scooters to be positioned safely and securely into the taxi.

To book an Access Taxi call 1300 360 940 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
To report service problems or compliment good service call us on 1300 551 156 – 7.00am to 8.00pm, 7 days a week.

Police attendance or emergency

If you suspect that a serious crime is in progress, or if you suspect, have just seen, or have just been involved in a crime, then call Police Emergency on 000.
For non emergency comments or enquiries call Police Assistance on 131 444.

Filming, photography and promotion

Before filming, photographing or holding a promotion on any of the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure facilities including on-board bus/train/tram services please read the Code of Conduct (PDF 40.87 KB).

If wishing to proceed, please complete either or both of the filming & photography or promotion application forms depending on your request.  Attach the form/s and email DLDPTIPTSFilmingPhotographyPromotionRequests@sa.gov.au your application with a copy of your certificate of currency as proof of $20m public liability insurance.

Approval can take up to four weeks, please ensure you allow enough leeway before your likely date of promotion / filming / photography.

Planning an Event

If you are organising or planning a special event expecting to attract 5000 or more people, then you are required under legislation to notify The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure.
